ABSTRACT:

Background

Breast cancer (BRCA) represents a significant threat with high mortality rates due to relapse, metastasis, and chemotherapy resistance. As a regulated cell death process characterized by the induction of immunogenic signals, immunogenic cell death (ICD) has been identified as an effective anti-tumorigenesis approach. However, the comprehensive study and its clinical value of ICD-related lncRNAs in BRCA is still missing.

Methods

The transcriptome matrix and corresponding clinical information of BRCA patients were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to identify ICD-related lncRNAs (ICDRLs).
