The most common hormonal and metabolic disease in early childhood is congenital hypothyroidism (CH). This study aimed to describe CH in large-scale birth cohort data and summarize the results of serum thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and free thyroxine (fT4) levels in 2-yr-old children.
