Cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) is a group of diseases within the spectrum of lupus that primarily manifests with skin lesions. Discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) is the most common subtype of CLE. Currently, there is no specific medication available for the treatment of CLE.
