The common bean (<i>Phaseolus vulgaris</i> L.) is a globally cultivated leguminous crop. Fusarium wilt (FW), caused by <i>Fusarium oxysporum</i> f. sp. <i>phaseoli</i> (<i>Fop</i>), is a significant disease leading to substantial yield loss in common beans.
