<i>Urtica laetevirens</i> Maxim. is used extensively in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for its potent antioxidative properties. In this study, three antioxidants were purified from <i>U. laetevirens.</i> using HSCCC guided by online DPPH-HPLC analysis.
