The genome sequence of common ivy, Hedera helix L., 1753.

ABSTRACT: We present a genome assembly from a specimen of Hedera helix (common ivy; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Apiales; Araliaceae). The genome sequence is 1,199.4 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 24 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial and plastid genomes have also been assembled and are 609.2 and 162.2 kilobases in length respectively.
