Constitutive activation of the MALT1 paracaspase in conventional T cells of <i>Malt1</i><sup>TBM/TBM</sup> (TRAF6 Binding Mutant = TBM) mice causes fatal inflammation and autoimmunity, but the involved targets and underlying molecular mechanisms are unknown.
