Normothermic frozen elephant trunk without circulatory arrest.

ABSTRACT: We describe our technique for total aortic arch replacement with stenting of the descending thoracic aorta allowing normothermic cardiopulmonary bypass and avoiding hypothermic circulatory arrest.
