Renal and Multiorgan Safety of 177Lu-PSMA-617 in Patients with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer in the VISION Dosimetry Substudy.

ABSTRACT: In the VISION trial, [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 (177Lu-PSMA-617) plus protocol-permitted standard of care significantly improved overall survival and radiographic progression-free survival compared with standard of care alone in patients with prostate-specific membrane antigen-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. This VISION dosimetry substudy quantified absorbed doses of 177Lu-PSMA-617 in the kidneys and other organs. Methods: Participants were a separate cohort of 30 nonrandomized patients receiving standard of care plus 177Lu-PSMA-617 at 7.4 GBq per cycle for up to 6 cycles. Blood samples, whole-body conjugate planar image scintigraphy, and abdominal SPECT/CT images were collected. SPECT/CT images were collected at 2, 24, 4
