ABSTRACT:

Background

With the widespread application of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) in pathogen detection, the reports of severe Chlamydia psittaci (C. psittaci) pneumonia are increasing. It is essential to determine the best management of severe C. psittaci pneumonia.
