The genome sequence of a satellite fly, Leucophora obtusa (Zetterstedt, 1837).
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We present a genome assembly from an individual female Leucophora obtusa (a satellite fly; Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Anthomyiidae). The genome sequence is 1,289.8 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 6 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 18.72 kilobases in length.
