Nanomedicines receive great attention in cancer treatment. Nevertheless, nonbiodegradable and long-term retention still limit their clinical translation. Herein, we successfully synthesize a hypoxia-triggered degradable porphyrinic covalent organic framework (HPCOF) for antitumor therapy <i>in vivo</i>.
