Neuronal intranuclear inclusion disease (NIID) is a rare progressive neurodegenerative disease that mainly manifests as dementia, muscle weakness, sensory disturbances, and autonomic nervous dysfunction. Herein, we report a 68-year-old Chinese woman who was hospitalized because of resting tremor and bradykinesia that had been present for 7 years.
