ABSTRACT: Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare aggressive extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The predominant, if not exclusive, growth of neoplastic cells within the lumina of small-sized vessels represents the hallmark of the disease.
