In the title compound, C<sub>31</sub>H<sub>24</sub>N<sub>4</sub>O<sub>2</sub>, the quinoxaline units are distinctly non-planar and twisted end-to-end. In the crystal, C-H⋯O and C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into chains extending along the <i>a</i>-axis direction.
