Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Implantation in Repaired Tetralogy of Fallot and Anomalous Left Coronary Artery Origin.

ABSTRACT: We describe a rare and extremely challenging case of transcatheter pulmonary valve implantation in repaired tetralogy of Fallot and anomalous origin of the left main coronary artery from the right coronary sinus. Procedural planning based on advanced multimodality imaging and 3-dimensional technology proved to be the key to procedural success.
