Pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma (PACC) is a rare form of pancreatic cancer that commonly harbors targetable alterations, including activating fusions in the MAPK pathway and loss-of-function (LOF) alterations in DNA damage response/homologous recombination DNA repair-related genes.
