Novel RNA viruses in oysters revealed by virome.

ABSTRACT: Eighteen novel RNA viruses were found in Crassostrea hongkongensis. Phylogenic analysis shows evidence of recombination between major genes of viruses. Picobirnaviruses are ubiquitous and abundant in oysters.
