ABSTRACT: DNA-based biological ingredient identification and downstream pharmacology network analysis are commonly used in research for Traditional Chinese Medicine preparations (TCM formulas). Advancements in bioinformatics tools and the accumulation of related data have become driving forces for progress in this field.
