Research on the coordinated development between land urbanization and population urbanization in Shaanxi Province, China.

ABSTRACT: The coordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization is crucial for the advancement of new urbanization. The study applied the entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model, taking Shaanxi-a province in China characterized by a moderate pace of economic development and volume, along with distinct geographic and demographic features within its region-as the subject. It assessed the coordination conditions of these two types of urbanization from both macro and micro scales during the years 2010-2022.
