ABSTRACT: This article presents data derived from a survey conducted to assess the validity and reliability of a newly developed instrument for Quality Management System items in the context of educational institutions. By analyzing the descriptive statistics, a concise overview of the main characteristics of the data set is provided, which facilitates the implementation and interpretation of the newly developed Quality Management System. Considering the need for quality education highlighted in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, organizations need to prioritize quality management, which can be achieved through the implementation of Quality Management Systems.
