An updated key to the species of the genera Cestrotus, Phobeticomyia, and Prosopophorella recorded in China is presented.
Project description:Five species of the subgenus Plesiominettia Shatalkin from the southern China are described as new to science: Minettia (Plesiominettia) flavoscutellata sp. n., Minettia (Plesiominettia) longaciculiformis sp. n., Minettia (Plesiominettia) nigrantennata sp. n., Minettia (Plesiominettia) tridentata sp. n. and Minettia (Plesiominettia) zhejiangica sp. n. One species, Minettia longistylis Sasakawa, is transferred to the subgenus Plesiominettia from Minettia s. str. A key to separate the known species of the subgenus is presented, along with a taxonomic list of species. The type materials of the new species are deposited in the China Agricultural University, Beijing, China (CAUC).

Photographs and illustrations are provided for both of these species, including genitalia. A key is provided to separate the Chinese species of the subgenus Euhomoneura.
Project description:Previously 12 species of the subgenus Epiphragma (Epiphragma) Osten Sacken, 1860 were known to occur in China. The following three species are described and illustrated as new to science: E. (E.) acuminatumsp. nov., E. (E.) henanensissp. nov., and E. (E.) longitubumsp. nov.. Epiphragma (E.) insigne van der Wulp, 1878 is reported from China for the first time and is illustrated based on additional morphological characters. An updated key to the species of the subgenus E. (Epiphragma) from China is presented.

Here, a new species, Dactylolabis (Dactylolabis) wudangensissp. nov., is reported from China. Dactylolabis (D.) gracilistylus Alexander, 1926 is re-described and illustrated. A key to males of species of the subgenus Dactylolabis from China is presented.
Project description:The genus Neoplatyura Malloch is globally represented by 50 species, of which four are European species. In this article a new European Neoplatyura from Finland is described. The new species, Neoplatyuranoorae Salmela, sp. n. is a dark brown species with tibial bristles arranged in rows. The new species is here reported from seven localities in Finnish Lapland. Based on available data, the new species occurs in mires, especially in calcareous rich fens.
