Our objective was to illustrate the developmental trends and focus areas in TAVI research. We sourced a total of 11,480 research papers on TAVI, published between 1994 and 2022, from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database. We conducted a bibliometric analysis of these publications, generating cooperation maps, performing co-citation analysis of journals and references, and carrying out a cluster analysis of keywords. Our findings indicate that TAVI research grapples with numerous clinical challenges. We created
