Intraindividual Fluctuation in Optimism Under Daily Life Circumstances: A Longitudinal Study.

ABSTRACT: Optimism is typically conceptualized as a relatively static tendency regarding positive expectations about one's future. However, recent studies suggest that optimism may meaningfully fluctuate within individuals over time.
