ABSTRACT: Background
Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3) has been considered as the next generation of immune checkpoint and a promising prognostic biomarker of immunotherapy. As with programmed cell death protein-1/programmed death-ligand 1 and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 inhibitors, positron emission tomography (PET) imaging strategies could benefit the development of clinical decision-making of LAG-3-related therapy. In this study, we developed and validated 68Ga-labeled cyclic peptides tracers for PET imaging of LAG-3 expression in bench-to-bedside studies. Methods
A series of LAG-3-targeted cyclic peptides were modified and radiolabeled with 68GaCl3 and evaluated their affinity and specificity, biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, and radiatio
