Emergent Surgical Replacement of a Tendyne Prosthesis for Bioprosthetic Valve Thrombosis.

ABSTRACT: A 66-year-old woman with a complex medical history underwent transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVI) owing to mitral insufficiency. Risk factors and noncompliance led to bioprosthetic valve thrombosis (BPVT) within 3 years.
