Background

The coordinative relationship between medical treatment and the economy is an important part of promoting the sustainable and healthy development of a social economy, and it is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of the two systems.

Methods

Based on constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine medical services and economic development, the entropy method, coupling coordination model, and Tobit model are used to calculate the comprehensive development level, coupling coordination degree, and influencing factors of the two systems in 31 provinces of China from 2015 to 2021.
