ABSTRACT: Asteraceae, the largest family of angiosperms, has attracted widespread attention for its exceptional medicinal, horticultural, and ornamental value. However, researches on Asteraceae plants face challenges due to their intricate genetic background. With the continuous advancement of sequencing technology, a vast number of genomes and genetic resources from Asteraceae species have been accumulated.
