ABSTRACT: Background
Disulfidptosis regulate various biological processes in cancer. However, there is limited research on the genes related to disulfidptosis in predicting the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). We aimed to develop a reliable disulfidptosis-related gene signature, which will characterize different HCC subtypes and predict their prognosis. Methods
The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)-HCC dataset, comprising RNA sequencing data and clinical information, was obtained from the TCGA database. The crucial disulfidptosis-related genes were selected for bioinformatic analysis in HCC. HCC tumor classification was established through a consistent cluster analysis. The prognosis and immune-cell infiltration were investigated in association with a disulfidptosis-related HCC m
