Perceval ViV-TAVR: Perception Is Not Always Reality.

ABSTRACT: Valve-in-valve transcatheter aortic valve replacement for failed Perceval sutureless valves has been shown to be safe and feasible. However, it is technically challenging and warrants understanding of potential risks and complications. We present a case of successful valve-in-valve implantation complicated by inadvertent wire passage outside of the Perceval frame.
