What Is the Optimal Antithrombotic Therapy for Valsalva Thrombus Following Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement?

ABSTRACT: Thrombus formation between the native sinus of Valsalva and the implanted transcatheter heart valve is a rare complication that may be associated with an increased risk for thrombotic complications. This paper presents the course of 3 cases with Valsalva thrombus, with a focus on the management of antithrombotic therapy.
