ABSTRACT: Background
N-acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10) plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of various tumors. However, the current regulatory mechanism of NAT10 in tumors is limited to its presence in tumor cells. Here, we aimed to reveal the role of NAT10 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and investigate its effect on macrophage polarization in the tumor microenvironment (TME).Methods
The correlation between NAT10 and ICC clinicopathology was analyzed using tissue microarray (TMA), while the effect of NAT10 on ICC proliferation was verified in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, the downstream target of NAT10, C-C motif chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2), was identified by Oxford Nanopore Technologies full-length transcriptome sequencing, RNA immunoprecipitation-quantitat
