Percutaneous Coronary Intervention to a Hypoplastic Reimplanted Left Main Coronary in an Adolescent.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Critical ostial stenosis following reimplantation of an anomalous left main coronary artery is extremely rare. Currently, there is no consensus on management following diagnosis. This report demonstrates the feasibility of percutaneous coronary intervention in an adolescent with such a condition and emphasizes the importance of periprocedural multimodality imaging.
