Development of a disulfidptosis-related prognostic model for endometrial cancer with potential therapeutic target.

ABSTRACT: Prognosis biomarkers for endometrial cancer (EC) are in need. Recent evidence demonstrated the critical role of disulfidptosis, a novel cell death modality, in cancer. However, limited studies have developed a disulfidptosis-related gene model for EC. Disulfidptosis prognosis score of EC (disulfidptosis-PSEC) were constructed using disulfidptosis-related differently expression genes with the RNA data of 544 EC patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) dataset. Model was evaluated using time-dependent receiver operating characteristic curve analysis for overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS), along with the hazard ratio (HR) between risk groups. Then, the cellular and molecular profile for different risk groups were performed, along with drug target inference. Disulfidptos
