ABSTRACT: Background
Neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy has increased the number of patients with advanced lung cancer eligible for surgery. However, only a small number of such patients respond to this approach. Intensive research is being conducted to identify biomarkers to predict the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy. Among these, blood predictive biomarkers are particularly promising, and have the advantages of being both non-invasive and cost effective. This study aims to evaluate the predictive value of blood biomarkers in determining the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), addressing a critical need for more personalized treatment strategies in clinical practice. Methods
