ABSTRACT: The title compound, C₁₀H₁₄N₂Se, was prepared from a semicarbazone and selenium dioxide. The planes of the heterocycle and the cis double bond are almost mutually orthogonal and the hexa-methyl-ene tether is nearly strain-free.
