ABSTRACT: Introduction
Pseudoaneurysm following gynecologic cancer surgery is a rare complication that can become fatal when it ruptures. Common sites of pseudoaneurysms are the external iliac artery, hypogastric artery, and aorta, which are located around the lymphadenectomy site.
