Sensitive Electrochemical Immunosensor for Procymidone Detection Based on a Supramolecular Amplification Strategy.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: A sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for procymidone detection was developed based on a supramolecular amplification strategy. β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD)-based nanomaterials were employed to immobilize ferrocene derivative (FC)-functionalized antibodies/antigens through host-guest interactions. With the presence of procymidone, the formed β-CD-labeled bioconjugates were immobilized on the antibody-modified electrode after the immunoreaction, indicating fabrication of the immunosensor. The FC/β-CD complexes were with multiplex electroactive species and provided more sites for recognition groups, resulting in signal amplification of the sensor. Monitored with differential pulse voltammetry, the proposed immunosensor exhibited a wide linear range from 5 pM to 0.1 μM with a low detection limit
