ABSTRACT:

Objective

To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fosaprepitant combined with 5-hydroxytryptamine 3 receptor antagonists (5-HT₃RA) (with or without dexamethasone) on the chemotherapy-induced vomiting in pediatric cancer patients.

Methods
