ABSTRACT: In recent years, there has been a significant increase in attention towards the use of pesticides, as evidenced by the introduction of regulations aimed at ensuring their safe and environmentally responsible application. Although this stricter legislative framework offers potential benefits, the challenges faced by farmers, particularly those in small-scale operations, in complying with occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements are considerable.
