Dataset Information

The prognostic and immune significance of SNHG3 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

ABSTRACT:

Background

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) small nucleolar RNA host gene 3 (SNHG3) has been reported to be involved in the pathological process of a variety of tumors, including clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). However, whether SNHG3 can be used as a prognostic biomarker and its correlation with immune infiltration in ccRCC remain unclear, warranting further research. This study aims to explore the relationship between SNHG3 and immune infiltration in ccRCC and confirm the potential of SNHG3 to predict survival of ccRCC patients.

Methods

The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database was used to assess the expression of SNHG3 in ccRCC, evaluate clinicopathological characteristics, assess prognosis, and conduct functional enrichment analysis.
