ABSTRACT: Background
Evaluation tools for training programs vary, necessitating a standardized tool for assessing surgical clinical training quality to enhance program effectiveness, pinpoint improvement areas, and ensure resident readiness for independent practice. We present a new tool designed to provide a reliable and consistent framework for evaluating the effectiveness of surgical clinical training. Methods
