Background

PPP1R3G, a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 1, plays a critical role in glycogen metabolism and has been implicated in various cancers. This study provides a comprehensive pan-cancer analysis of PPP1R3G, evaluating its expression, diagnostic and prognostic significance, and potential as a therapeutic target.

Methods

We performed an extensive pan-cancer analysis of PPP1R3G using several databases to assess its expression and investigate its correlations with clinical outcomes.
