The Novel A-Flux Coronary Sinus Reducer Normalizes Coronary Microvascular Function in a Persistently Symptomatic Patient.

ABSTRACT: Coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) contributes to persistent angina/anginal equivalent symptoms and is associated with adverse outcomes. Coronary sinus reduction (CSR) is a device-based therapy with the potential to improve outcomes by reducing symptom burden and improving coronary flow reserve. A patient with CMD underwent CSR with the next-generation A-Flux device.
