Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) has limited treatments, and cell type-specific regulatory networks driving MASLD represent therapeutic avenues. We assayed five transcriptomic and epigenomic modalities in 2.4M cells from 86 livers across MASLD stages.
