ABSTRACT:

Background

Safe patient care is directly related to the quality of nurses' workplace facilities. Understanding their level of satisfaction can help identify areas for improvement and foster a supportive work environment, ultimately enhancing patient care outcomes.

Objective

This study aims to investigate nurses' satisfaction with workplace facilities in a tertiary hospital.

Methods

A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 384 nurses working in a tertiary hospital. The study period was from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Convenient sampling techniques were used. Data was collected through pretested semi-structured questionnaires.
