Aim

To explore the perspectives and experiences of nurse managers regarding the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on nursing work environments and managerial processes.

Background

The integration of AI into nursing care delivery has emerged as a critical component of the evolving role of nurse managers. AI-supported technologies provide nurse managers with advanced tools to facilitate patient monitoring, predict high hospital bed occupancy rates, and develop workforce planning strategies.

Methods
