Evaluation of eHealth Interventions to Prevent Pressure Injuries: A Scoping Review.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this scoping review was to map the literature pertaining to the use of eHealth interventions to prevent pressure injuries in populations at risk of the complication, and describe the interventions encountered with the help of Greenhalgh et al.'s Nonadoption, Abandonment, Scale-up, Spread and Sustainability framework. Articles were retrieved using database queries to CINAHL, Medline, ScienceDirect and the Cochrane library with a search string strategy that considered articles from the inception of each database until the 29th of January 2024. The interventions from the 27 included studies were then evaluated using the Nonadoption, Abandonment, Scale-up, Spread and Sustainability framework.
