The Effect of Non-Nutritive Sweeteners' Consumption on Body Weight: A Randomized-Controlled Trial.

Our study aims to investigate the effect of NNS consumption on body weight, and whether the results vary among different types of sweeteners. A randomized-controlled trial was conducted on a final number of 20 healthy participants over a period of 6 weeks, with an initial screening session and two follow-up sessions. Anthropometric measurements were taken at each visit. While NNS consumers were randomly assigned to the sucralose (0.50
