ABSTRACT: Introduction: Few applications worldwide focus on psychosocial rehabilitation, and none specifically address psychosocial rehabilitation projects. This justifies the need for an application to assist mental health professionals in constructing and managing such projects in the Brazilian mental health scenario. Objective: This study aimed to present a web application, the "Psychosocial Rehabilitation Application" (Psychosocial Rehab App), and describe its development in detail through a technological survey conducted between May 2024 and February 2025.
